Donor Scholarship Instructions
Before completing the application for consideration, please note the following instructions:
- To be considered for a scholarship award, you must be in your second consecutive semester at Pacific Oaks, in good academic standing, and enrolled for at least half-time status.
- Should you be selected to receive a scholarship award, you must write a thank you letter to the donor of that particular award. The thank you letter process is coordinated by the Office of Advancement.
- By completing this application, the Donor Scholarship Committee will consider you for all awards for which you are eligible based on your information. Thus, there is no need for you to decide which scholarship award to apply for.
- Scholarship award selections are made three times a year—Fall, Spring, and Summer. You must apply during the application period for each semester for which you wish to receive an award.
*All scholarships are applied toward tuition.

Deadline to submit: Friday, December 9, 2016 at 5 p.m., PST
