The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to provide exceptional service to the students, faculty, staff, and alumni and support the mission and values of Pacific Oaks College.

Vision Statement

The Office of the Registrar: provides timely and accurate records of academic progress and accomplishments of its students; provides efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful delivery of services to a diverse student population; implements and enforces College policies and regulations in support of the academic integrity of the institution.

As the stewards of the College’s academic records, the Office of the Registrar ensures their accuracy, integrity, and security by adhering to professional practices and ethical standards developed by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and complying with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

We offer convenient online forms and services as well as access to course schedules to help you easily navigate the registration process.
