CampusVue, the CRM and related systems will be unavailable beginning 8:00 PM (central) on Friday September 19th until 6:00 PM Sunday the 21st for maintenance. During that time visitors to those systems will see a message indicating that the system is undergoing maintenance.


This maintenance is part of a larger program of technology upgrades happening this year that will improve the systems that serve our students.


Below is a list of the systems and services that will be unavailable for ALL Colleges during the maintenance period:


Academic Functions:


        • Student record administration

ePortal/Intuit – Faculty Portals

        • Grading
        • Attendance for ground students

ePortal/Intuit - Student Portals

        • Tuition payments / Autopay
        • Registration
        • Grade viewing

Narrative Grades Portal and Advisee Link

        • Faculty notes


        • Student document management


Administrative Functions:

CRM and Click dimensions

        • Prospective student contact management
        • Lead flow

Applicant and Recommender Portals

        • Prospective student application processing

Report Center

        • Management repot viewer


Please note that no data will be lost during the maintenance period and email, leads and other data flowing from external sources will be held in queue until the systems are available again.

The following systems are NOT impacted by the maintenance:

    • Gmail
    • Canvas– All Campuses
    • Student Gateway - The Chicago School, Pacific Oaks and Colleges of Law
    • eGo
    • APP Database
    • School Websites
    • Library Services
