WebAdvisor for Faculty is a web interface that allows you to access information to Pacific Oaks College’s administrative database. Its function is to provide Faculty direct web access to course rosters, narrative grading, advisee list, registration and student profiles.

Username & Password
To access WebAdvisor, you must enter your Pacific Oaks Username and Password on the "Log-In" page. A Username and Password is provided to Faculty at the beginning of the term in which they teach. You must have your login information to access WebAdvisor.
Who Request My WebAdvisor Account?
The Administrative Assistant or Academic Support Coordinator in your department will request your WebAdvisor account on your behalf. You should receive and email within 3 days of that request with your user name and password along with training materials.
Lost your Username or Password?
Faculty who lose or forget their Username or Password may use the password reset option on WebAdvisor by logging on to WebAdvisor and clicking on “What’s my password” and choose “Reset my password”. You will be requested to give your last name and PO ID#. If you don’t know your ID# please contact your academic department. If the password reset option does not work for you then obtain assistance by email: webadvisor@pacificoaks.edu or call (626) 685-2530. To maintain the security and privacy please keep your Password confidential.
