Sally Lee (Fournier) Sherlock '80 of Long Beach, California returned to her "roots" to become the Director of the Mayflower Preschool after 18 years in fund development. She attended a conference in September 2007 at Long Beach City College and was thrilled to have heard so many Pacific Oaks speakers.

Julianne Estelle (Burke) Maurseth MA'88 of Vallejo, California is an adjunct professor with the Green MBA Program at the Dominican University of California in San Rafael. The program is focused in transforming business with ecological sustainability and social justice. She has taught MBA students in various universities since 1995.  She is also the President of Awake at Work (www.awakeatwork.com) focusing on bringing conscious choice to work and support social responsibility and ethics in leadership and management.
