BA in Human Development

The Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development prepares students for a wide variety of careers in the human service professions and is focused on young children, their families, and the social contexts in which development takes place. The BA in Human Development is an upper division program that often features field experience or practicum in the Pacific Oaks Children's School for Pasadena students. 

A minimum of 124 semester units is required to earn the Bachelor's degree in Human Development. A minimum of 30 of those units must be earned in regular Pacific Oaks classes (not Extended Education course work). These 30 units must include:
