1. Q. When is tuition due?
A. Tuition payment or payment arrangements are due on the following dates for each semester, or before the first day of class, whichever comes first.
Spring 2008 - January 18, 2008
Summer 2008 - May 23, 2008
Fall 2008 - August 15, 2008
Spring 2009 - January 16, 2009
*If registering for Weeklong course, payment is due in full on or before the first day of class.

2. Q. How can I arrange to make monthly payments towards tuition?
A. The College has affiliated with FACTS Management Company to administer all of our tuition payment plans and are subject to the enrollment fee. 3. Q. How do I know when financial aid (loans, grants, scholarships, etc.) are applied towards tuition on my student account?
A. A notification letter is sent to students when loan funds are received and applied to the student’s account.

4. Q. When can I expect a refund check?
A. Students who are awarded financial aid and are entitled to a refund may expect a refund check 10 business days after financial aid funds are received at the Business Office.
