International Student Admission

International students are welcome at Pacific Oaks.  As an international student you must meet all of the regular admissions criteria.  In addition you must also have the following:

• An evaluation of all non-U.S transcripts by the Internatioal Education Research Foundation (IERF)
• A score of 213 or above on Computer Based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).  Scores may not be more than two years old.  *Applicants who have an undergraduate degree from an English language university are exempt from this requirement.      
• An interview by phone or in person prior to admission.
