Management

- The CIO has daily leadership/management responsibility for the Office of Information Technology, as well as IT strategic/tactical planning development.
Administrative System (Database System) Services

Service Provided:
- Administrative System Services provide support for the standard applications and database management systems that serve College administrators and staff in carrying out their respective service functions for institutional management and student services. This function provides the means to apply technology to administrative problems and provides ongoing technical staff support to ensure data and process operations are performed effectively and efficiently. Presently, the College uses a combination of systems to support its business operations, but most of them will be replaced as part of the ongoing Datatel Colleague/Webadvisor implementation effort.
Network Services

- Don Sullivan - Network Services Support (Remote/Regional Staff)
Service Provided:
- Network Services are a mission-critical service requiring stability, reliability, and performance optimization to the Client's network infrastructure. This function provides technical support for the design, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks within the campus and the Internet interface. Network services are built on industry-leading technologies, proven processes, a focused mission-critical management staff, and national affiliations with leading hardware and software suppliers.
Help Desk
Staff:
- Rick Lott [eMail] - Technical Support Specialist
Service Provided:
- The Help Desk is responsible for centralized campus-wide support to initiate consulting, new requests for services, desktop systems support, computer lab management, problem solving, software site licensing, and other IT services for faculty and staff.
