How to Apply for Work Study Positions

Work Study awards are need-based, therefore you must apply and be eligible for financial aid.

Please indicate the position in which you have interest and submit your resume to the Financial Aid office. The Financial Aid Office will submit your resume to the departments or organizations you indicate.  Interested departments/organizations will contact you for an interview.

After you have secured a job, please make an appointment with the Human Resources to complete paperwork and review Pacific Oaks’ personnel policies. Your financial aid award will be adjusted to include the award for Work Study.

When you receive your new award letter, please return it to the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible!

If, after you are hired, you decide to quit or want to make any changes, please notify the Financial Aid Office Immediately.
