Award Letter Checklist

1. Read your “Financial Award Letter” Carefully.
2. Complete and sign the 2^nd page and return all 3 pages to the Financial Aid Office.
3. If you received a Cal Grant, be sure Pacific Oaks is listed on your California Aid Report (CAR) and that you notify the Financial Aid Office of this award.
4. Notify the Financial Aid Office of any “Outside Scholarship Awards.”
5. Submit any additional documents, requested by the Financial Aid Office that are needed to complete your file.
6. Return completed loan applications to the Financial Aid Office for processing.
7. Retain a copy of all financial aid paperwork for your records.
