Multiple Subject English Learner Teaching Credential

This credential program at Pacific Oaks is designed to prepare our students as public school teachers.  As California rapidly changes, so do the needs of our children-specifically their educational needs.  Pacific Oaks prepares students to deal effectively with the strategies, issues and needs of language acquisition for bilingual, limited English proficient or linguistic minority learners, and to create inclusive classrooms.

The preliminary credential program consists of 42 units: 30 units of professional preparation and 12 units of human development core competencies.
