Requesting Transcripts

Transcripts are available by request through the Extended and Community Education office.  To request an official transcript, please submit a Transcript Request Form by mail, 5 Westmoreland Place, Pasadena, CA 91103 or by fax, (626) 666-1224.

Transcript Fees:

Transcript (sent via U.S. first-class mail within 5-10 working days)	$10.00
Priority Transcript (processed within 2 days, sent via U.S. Priority Mail )	$20.00
Express Transcript (overnight processing when possible, sent via U.S. Express Mail)	$35.00
