COMPLETING THE FACTS AGREEMENT

When you enroll with FACTS, be sure to have the following information: 
1.  Student ID as assigned by Pacific Oaks College. 
2.  The name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments. 
3.  Information to create your FACTS Access Code. 
4.  Account information for the person responsible for payment.

• If paying by automatic bank payments you will need the bank name, telephone number, account number, and the bank routing number, account number, and the bank routing number. Most of this information is located on your check.       
• If paying by credit card, you will need the credit card number and expiration date.

SAVE TIME…PAY ONLINE

Enrolling online is simple, secure, and easy. Connect to the FACTS e-Cashier Web site. The payment plan can accommodate down payments and monthly payments.

Once you are in e-Cashier, refer to the menu bar at the top for additional answers to questions you may have. Use the “Proceed” button to move through the steps, making sure you read all the information provided. Before you click the submit button, please carefully read through the Final Review and the Terms and Conditions. An immediate e-mail will be sent (if an e-mail address was provided for the person responsible for payment) confirming enrollment through FACTS e-Cashier.  

An additional authorized person may be included on the FACTS agreement. This will allow that person to make inquiries or changes to the agreement on behalf of the responsible party. Be sure to list the additional person’s full name and provide them with the FACTS agreement number and FACTS Access Code. The agreement number and access code must be given when inquiring about your agreement.
