Full Admission
After completing 18 units (selected from the classes listed below) and the successful completion of MFT 505 Communication and Counseling Skills, each student will obtain recommendations from two MFT faculty members. After the recommendations have been submitted, the student will meet with her/his advisor to review overall performance in the program. After successful completion of this interview, the student will be fully admitted. All students must also have completed all college admissions requirements to be fully admitted to the program.
If the student does not meet the requirements for full admission after completing a minimum of 18 units, the advisor and Academic Director may counsel the student the change to the M.A. in Human Development program.
