WebAdvisor
WebAdvisor is a web interface that allows you to access information to Pacific Oaks College’s administrative database. Its function is to provide students direct web access to portions of their academic and financial records, as well as the ability to update personal contact information through the web. Information available to students includes their personal course schedule, transcripts, financial aid award information, and their narrative evaluations.

Username & Password
To access WebAdvisor, you must enter your Pacific Oaks Username and Password on the "Login" page. A Username and Password is provided to students upon their enrollment at Pacific Oaks. The login information will be required in WebAdvisor when accessing any Student Information.
Lost your Username or Password?
Students who lose or forget their Usernames or Passwords may use the password reset option on WebAdvisor by logging on to WebAdvisor and clicking on “What’s my password” and choose “Reset my password” (you must know your student ID number). If the password rest option does not work for you then obtain assistance by emailing webadvisor@pacificoaks.edu. To maintain the security and privacy of your student and academic records, keep your password confidential.
