Substitute Teachers
Master Teacher Position Full Day Child Care Program
Master Teacher Position Afternoon Part-Time Two's Program
Hours: 23 hours per week - 4 afternoons (Monday-Thursday)
Qualifcations:
- Minimum B.A. in Child Development/Early Childhood Education (M.A. preferred).
- Ability to lead and to cooperatively plan, implement and manage a developmentally appropriate program for 2 & 3 year old children in a team-teaching environment.
- Ability to supervise and support staff and practicum students. This includes facilitating daily staff meetings.
- 2 to 3 years teaching experience in a leadership position in a developmental/progressive school setting.
- Effective written and verbal communicative skills.
- Ability to establish collaborative partnerships with families. Experience conducting parent meetings and parent conferences.
- An anti-bias perspective/experience with culturally relevant curriculum and experience working in diverse settings.
