The Site
The Pacific Oaks College Oakland classes are held at the Oakland Licensed Day Care Operators Associan in Emeryville, CA.


Coursework and Degrees

Classes are scheduled to meet on three full weekends, each one month apart, and in June as week-long intensives.  Weeklong and weekend schedules are developed in conjunction with student work schedules, and weeklongs can span Monday - Friday or Thursday - Tuesday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Weekend classes are held Saturday and Sunday, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Degrees available:
B.A. Human Development 
M.A. Human Development
Specializations available in Human Development include Early Childhood Education and Leadership in Education and Human Services.

All students are also encouraged to take classes at other locations: Pasadena or Online.

The Admission By Life Experience (ABLE) option is available for both B.A. and M.A. programs.
