Beginning Fall 2017, Pacific Oaks is bringing our Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy, Latina/Latino Family Studies Specialization program to your community.
This unique program explores mental health theory and practice from a deeply culture-centered perspective, preparing students to become professionals who use a culturally relevant approach to therapy. Combining the power of on-ground instruction, a supportive learning community, and flexibility, our off-site instruction program brings the classroom to you – enabling you to journey through your program with individuals as a cohesive group and emerge with enduring, supportive, professional networks.
To learn how Pacific Oaks College is leading the field with our Latino/Latina Family Studies specialization, Pacific Oaks faculty will facilitate a conversation on “Immigration Trauma,” followed by a presentation and application workshop by our Admissions department.
All Bachelor’s degree graduates interested in expanding their career opportunities by attaining a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy are invited to attend.
