Dr. Brian James is an experienced educational leader with an extensive background in K-12 education. He has served as Head of School, Assistant Principal, and Linked Learning Coordinator leading his schools to exceptional graduation rates, significantly increasing college and career readiness, strengthening student engagement, and maintaining high staff retention through collaborative leadership and targeted professional development. Dr. James has also advanced school culture through equity-focused initiatives, restorative justice practices, literacy development, and strategic community partnerships. He maintains credentials in administrative services, multiple teaching disciplines, and special education.
