After earning both a bachelor's degree in business administration and an MBA from Woodbury University, Esteban began his professional journey as a Financial Advisor at the same institution. This initial role laid the foundation for a subsequent transition into academia, where Esteban took on the position of Dean of Students. In this capacity, he dedicated himself to supporting students in various facets of their academic and personal development.

For the past three years, Esteban engaged in teaching within higher education, a role that has proven to be highly fulfilling.
