Apply for Financial Aid

How to Apply

We encourage all prospective students to apply for financial aid, regardless of their financial circumstances.

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the California Dream Act Application (CADAA). Pacific Oaks College’s school code is 001255.
  • Complete and e-sign Stafford Master Promissory Note if receiving Federal Financial Aid.
  • Complete Entrance Counseling if receiving Federal Financial Aid.
  • Provide Documents Requested by Pacific Oaks College. Once Pacific Oaks College receives your FAFSA or CADAA data and you have been offered admission, we will notify you of any documents needed before processing your award letter.
  • Review and return the Estimated Award Letter.
  • Federal Financial Aid will be posted to your account within 14 calendar days from the start of the semester. State Financial Aid is reviewed after the add/drop period each semester.

Exit Counseling

As a federal requirement, students separating from Pacific Oaks College and who received federal student loans must complete the Exit Counseling. Official transcripts and diplomas may not be issued until the exit loan counseling has been completed.
