Dr. Saiz currently serves as an Administrative Faculty member and Director of Research at Pacific Oaks College, Ed.D. in Early Childhood Education, Department of Early Childhood Education (at Pasadena and online). Dr. Saiz has served as an Assistant Professor, Adjunct Faculty member, Visiting Professor, and Research Advisor (since 2016) at The Chicago School, Pepperdine University, Vanguard University, Cerritos College, Scripps College, Golden Gate University, and Saybrook University. Saiz's expertise is in research methods, statistics, and research design. Saiz has taught in a variety of disciplines to include psychology, behavioral analysis, education, business, organizational behavior and I/O psychology: culture, leadership, strategic change, behavioral economics, strategic human resources, and organizational ethics. Saiz has researched extensively in the area of personality and leadership, macro/micro cultural values, and cognitive style. Saiz has researched and taught quantitative/qualitative and mixed methods designs using multivariate design and analysis, qualitative approaches, and mixed methods designs. Saiz has presented on personal growth, professional, and life-span development/healing/holistic wellness through self-awareness, understanding of self, authenticity, growth mindsets, grit, creativity, the martial arts, well-being, meaning, and self-transcendence. Saiz enjoys the outdoors, art, music, traveling abroad, and spending time with loved ones.
