Patricia Kramer has worked in California Public Education for 32 years. She first began her career as a teacher in Los Angeles Unified and then moved over to La Canada Unified where she focused on math and science at the elementary level. She has taught upper elementary and middle school for many years. She taught Math Methods at UCLA and she was a Teacher on Special Assignment for Duarte USD focusing on Mathematics, Technology, and BTSA at the district level for Pre-K through high school. She also worked as a Teaching and Learning Coach providing support to elementary school teachers in the area of curriculum and instruction and she worked as an Outreach Consultant providing support to at-risk students and their families.
She has 2 grown sons who live back East and a beautiful, 10 year old Beagle named Lucy. In her free time, she loves to watch K-dramas and socialize with close friends.
