If you are interested in reserving campus space for an event, please submit an inquiry using the form below. All submissions are reviewed for availability and approval.

This form serves as an inquiry only and does not guarantee availability. To ensure timely consideration, requests should be submitted at least 6 weeks before the proposed event date. Pacific Oaks Education Corporation (“Pacific Oaks” or “PO”) may request additional information during the review process.

The Campus Use Office will follow up within approximately 5 business days to confirm availability or request further details. If your event can be accommodated, you will receive next steps regarding reservation procedures, insurance requirements, and any applicable fees.

For approved events, a site visit may be encouraged or requested to ensure the space is properly prepared and configured.

Eligibility Notice: Only nonprofit organizations classified as 501(c)(3) under the Internal Revenue Code are eligible to hold events at Pacific Oaks facilities.
